Do I need to provide a database for the mailing?

  • We can use your existing database or obtain one from our extensive list of mailing list vendors. Your mailing list can be built to meet your specific requirements.


What documents do you need from me to get started?

  • Database (i.e. mailing list) if available (see previous question).

  • Finished artwork, i.e. the piece to be mailed. 

  • If you have only the concept and need assistance on designing the artwork, no problem! We have a graphic artist on site to create the finished artwork for your mailing.


What is the minimum number of pieces needed to qualify for bulk discounts?

  • 200 pieces to qualify for postage discounts.


What is the average savings I can expect by sending by bulk mail?

  • Postage discounts using bulk rates vary and depend on destination and class of mail. You can expect postage savings ranging from 38% to 56% off standard postal rates.


Can you handle mailings for non-profit organizations?

  • Yes. Our experienced staff has knowledge of all postal discounts entitled to non-profit organizations. Savings on these types of mailings can be as high as 75% off standard rates.
